Adopt, defer, or refuse

The Week 6 question is not whether a technology is good, but under what conditions this organization should take it on, and the answer is a specification, not a yes or a no. An adopt is honest only with its conditions attached; a refuse is honest only with what would change the answer; and when a funder, contract, or law has already made the decision, the live question is the terms. Answer for a real tool you are weighing. This is a decision aid, not a verdict: it applies the course's rules and shows you which of your own answers pushed the result. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
